Jonathan Quinn (b. 1956, Glen Cove, New York) Jonathan spent his teen years as a television repairman then went on to earned a BFA from School of Visual Arts. He studied semiotics with Marshall Blonsky at The New School, studied with the remnants of the Media Ecology Department at Steinhardt NYU and received an MA in Film studies from The Graduate Center at CUNY in 2007.  He has been lurking around the New York art world for forty years —dipping in and participating or currating an occasional group show. His last one-person show of paintings was in 2017 at Townley Arts in Laguna Beach. He did a three-part show across three months in 2018 called Objects, Paintings and Photographs at his studio in Bushwick. He was part of the Club 57 Show at MoMA in 2017-18.
